Zero tolerance for deception

At MOCH Incorporated we uphold a strict zero-tolerance policy toward deception. Every business or work interaction must be carried out with absolute honesty and transparency. Any act that violates this policy will be treated as a threat to our organization. We remind all Collaborators, Associates, and Licensees of their duty to comply with our Code of Ethics presented in our book.
In this relationship, everyone must also adhere to our Zero Tolerance for Deception policy, which consists of:

  1. Commitment to the truth:
This is not just our slogan—every collaborator, associate, and licensee must firmly commit to seeking, protecting, and revealing the truth in all investigations and activities. Deception, in any form, runs counter to the core values our company defends.
  2. Honesty, support, and professionalism:
Honesty must be the foundation of every professional action. All members are expected to act with integrity and professionalism, upholding the honor and prestige of MOCH at every level.
  3. Responsibility to report:
Every collaborator, associated detective, or MOCH licensee is obliged to report immediately any sign of deception, fraud, or unethical behavior within the organization.
  4. Protection of trust:
Respect for the trust placed in our company is paramount. Acts that undermine this trust—such as sabotage, leaking confidential information, or defaming any part of the organization—will be deemed a breach of trust. Anyone who violates this trust will face immediate and decisive disciplinary action.
  5. Defense of professional ethics:
Ethical values are non-negotiable. Each collaborator must actively safeguard professional ethics and be an example in their daily performance, reflecting the seriousness and commitment of their duties.
  6. Speed and effectiveness:
In situations of uncertainty or injustice, every member of MOCH must act swiftly and effectively to restore the truth and actively combat deception—direct or indirect—as a priority to protect the peace and well-being of our organization and clients.
  7. Absolute discretion:
Information obtained during investigations must be handled with total discretion and confidentiality, used exclusively for its assigned purpose. Any leakage, disclosure, or irregular handling of that information will be deemed a violation of this policy.
  8. Walking the razor’s edge:
All collaborators, associates, and licensees must be aware of the responsibility entrusted to them. This profession means walking on the razor’s edge—danger and uncertainty accompany every step. Our organization works tirelessly to safeguard this path; in return, we expect respect in conduct. On this perilous edge, mistakes against this policy leave marks that are often impossible to repair.
  9. Rejection of excuses for deception:
No excuses or justifications for dishonest or unethical acts will be accepted. Each member must fully assume the consequences of their actions and their path in this profession. Detected deception will not be open to explanation or defense by the perpetrator; instead, it will trigger decisive action by the organization at every level.

By upholding this policy, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to the truth and strengthen the trust that our clients, collaborators, associates, and licensees place in MOCH Incorporated.
