This review process ends with the delivery of the Diploma and Certificate of Studies and consists of 3 steps:
Step 1. Completion of the Private Detective Course self-evaluation.
The student must complete all the activities of the Private Detective Course on the platform designated for this purpose. In order to complete the course, the Course Director will communicate its completion or the student will complete the last activity and request the review of the progress.
For such purposes the confirmation of the completion of the course will be sent by the course management by e-mail and after that the course progress review stage will be carried out.
In case there is no communication from the management of your completion, please write to the email info@privatedetectivecourse.us to coordinate the completion of the course.
Step 2. Review of the course development.
The purpose of this review is that an assigned teacher reviews the progress, entry, times and activities on the platform in search of any fraudulent activity, this process is done manually by a teacher seeks to verify the following points:
- Regularity of course activities.
- Presence of actions suggesting fraud, such as suspicious IP addresses, unusual login times, and suspicious activity patterns.
- Comparison with other students in relation to IP access to the platform, unusual IP addresses, similar activities, and other signs of cheating.
The observation of any irregularity will be communicated to the trainee within 5 to 10 working days, if there is no observation, the qualification will proceed.
Step 3. Grading of the heteroevaluation of the exercises.
In the third step, the assigned teacher will proceed to grade all the exercises of the course.
Results
In this review process there may be the following reports:
– Course Incomplete: This means that the course self-assessment exams are properly completed but it is NOT possible to grade the exercises because one or some of them do not have files uploaded on the platform. In this case the trainee must upload the requested exercises and request a new evaluation.
– Insufficient Course: This communication indicates that the grade of the different exercises is lower than the estimated for approval, so the student will be asked to submit a new work of the exercise and upload it again to the platform.
– Course Approved: This report means that the student has complied with all the guidelines of the course and the Diploma and Certificate of Studies will be issued.
