2.1. DEFINITION (Reason for the existence of the position, objectives, and expected results).

2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS
2.2.1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with the Directorate of Investigations, Manager, and President.
- Plan the case jointly with the Investigations Department.
- After receiving the case, analyze and create a specific plan.
- Control the objectives of the investigation.
- Organize the investigators through the Assistant Director, who will be directly at the command of the Inspector for this type of investigation.
- The Inspector may or may not participate in the investigation as an investigator, with the duties and responsibilities already defined.
- Personally organize how the investigators will be distributed.
- Complete the investigation of the person or object within the timeframes specified in the plan, remembering to take notes of what is observed, said, or found, as well as taking evidence through photos, pictures, or videos at that moment. This implies that you will be able to fill out the report with accurate data on hours and dates and present photos and videos correctly labeled with dates.
- If you encounter any issues during the investigation, report them to the Manager or President.
- Ensure that investigators meet the deadlines for submitting reports and evidence related to the development of the investigation.
- Attend meetings to present the case results, adhering to the company’s professionalism model, which includes formal attire, an elegant suit, grooming, and restrained expressions.
