Responsible for the Development of the Investigation.

2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS

2.2.1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships with the Directorate of Investigations solely and exclusively via email at direccion@agente11331.com.
  • Receive cases by email, which requires regular monitoring of your email inbox.
  • Upon receiving the case, send an immediate response confirming that the investigation will be conducted according to the specifications; otherwise, it will be understood that you do not wish to undertake the case.
  • Review the documents sent in the following order:
  • Review the document labeled CASE.
  • Review the document labeled PLANNING.
  • Review any supplementary documents such as photos, scanned documents, or other additional information.
  • Submit the Initial Survey (ESI) within 24 hours of accepting the case, or it will be understood that the investigation is not being carried out. The Directorate of Investigations reserves the right to reassign the case to another investigator.
  • Before beginning each day’s investigation, review the case, planning, and photos daily.
  • Personally organize how to distribute the cases throughout the week and the day.
  • Complete the investigation of the person or object within the timeframes specified in the planning, remembering to take notes of what is observed, said, or found, and gather evidence through photos or videos of the moment. This allows you to fill out the report with accurate data on times and dates and correctly label the photos and videos with dates.
  • If you encounter any issues during the investigation, report them immediately.
  • Meet the deadlines for submitting the report and evidence of the investigation’s progress.
  • Attend meetings at the offices in cities where the company has locations, and if the organization does not have offices, specific locations will be designated for meetings that serve solely for data collection. Attend these meetings with the company’s professionalism model, which requires formal attire, elegant dress, proper grooming, and polite language and expressions.

  • During the meetings, follow the question model that you can download from the investigators’ portal, and documentation will be received as provided.
  • Meetings are not to be used for information exchange by the Investigator under any circumstances. The investigator should not provide any answers to those who provide information; instead, they should direct all questions or concerns to the company’s executives. This prevents any unofficial commitments with the client.
  • After receiving the information, proceed to upload the collected data to the investigators’ portal, following the same requests that guided the interview. As an additional note, the investigator may practically collect the information through their laptop using the Word request form and send it to the company or directly to the website if located in the company’s offices, where all offices are equipped with wireless internet.
