2.1. DEFINITION (Reason for the existence of the position, objectives, and expected results).

Responsible for organizing investigations between clients and investigators.

2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS

2.2.1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships with investigators, inspectors, and supervisors solely and exclusively via email.
  • Manage information provision relationships with clients only by email.
  • Provide feedback to the service delivery area regarding the quality and functionality of the services provided.
  • Request tools for investigators from both the technical and investigation departments.
  • Control, jointly with the Investigations Department, the correct and efficient work of investigators nationwide.
  • Train staff by sending documentation.
  • Analyze the objectives of investigations to make decisions focused on addressing specific circumstances.
  • Attend to clients through the organization’s emails.
  • Attend to investigators through the only email: direccion@agente11331.com
  • Monitor the company’s website chat from 08:00 to 24:00, Monday to Friday, and for 10 hours split between Saturday or Sunday at your discretion.
  • Explicitly promote the company’s services on free websites, develop plans, and periodically evaluate their fulfillment, leaving paid promotions to the Marketing Department.
  • Monitor the efficiency levels of investigations concerning objectives and their fulfillment, ensuring a correct relationship between the case and results according to the client’s request.
  • Responsible for receiving requests, photos, and other documents to initiate a case. Coordinate the sending of the case planning, THE CASE, and photos or other documents.
  • Responsible for receiving and responding to feedback.
  • Receive investigative reports, photos, videos, and other evidence; organize, review the report, and send it for correction or further detail.
  • Present to the Director of Investigations for approval and then to the Manager for delivery.
