2.- JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITY)

2.1. DEFINITION (Reason for the existence of the position, objectives, and expected outcomes).

Responsible for the development of a special investigation.

2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS

2.2.1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships with the Directorate of Investigations, Manager, and President
  • Case planning jointly with the Investigations Department
  • After receiving the case, it will be analyzed and a specific plan will be made.
  • Control the objectives of the investigation.
  • Organize investigators through the Direction Assistant, who will be under the direct order of the Inspector in this type of investigation.
  • The inspector may or may not participate in the investigation as an investigator, with the obligations and responsibilities already defined.
  • Carry out personal organization regarding how to assign investigators.
  • Comply with the investigation of the person or object within the timelines determined in the planning, remembering to take notes of what was observed, said, or found, and also gather evidence through photos, pictures, or videos of the presence of that moment. This implies that you will be able to fill out the report with precise data of times and dates, and present photos and videos properly labeled with dates.
  • Whenever you have any issue with the development of the investigation, report to the Manager or President.
  • Ensure compliance, and enforce compliance by investigators, with deadlines for the delivery of reports and evidence of the progress of the investigation.
  • Attend meetings for the presentation of the case results with the respective model of professionalism expressed by the company, within the parameters of formality implying good appearance, suit, elegant dress, personal grooming, appropriate vocabulary, and respectful expressions.
