The appointment for this position is made through a resolution act of the Organization Directorate, by election among all members and according to the statute.
Its term of service is 4 years and may be re-elected for two subsequent periods.

2.- JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITY)
2.1. DEFINITION (Purpose of the position, objectives, and expected results).
Responsible for the national and international commercialization of all products and services provided by the company, ensuring that this activity satisfies customer needs, always in permanent coordination with the other departments of the company in order to consolidate and increase service delivery.
2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS
2.2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of commercial relations with national and international clients.
- Management of commercial relations with national and international distributors.
- Feedback to the service delivery area regarding the quality and functionality of the services provided.
- Requests to both the technical and investigative departments concerning new trends and designs of similar products offered.
- Joint control with the Investigations Department of the correct and efficient work of investigators nationwide.
- Pricing for clients based on their capacities and potential versus a fair profit margin for the company.
- Follow-up, with the support of the Executive Assistant, on the current portfolio of investigations being carried out in the country.
- Follow-up, with the support of the Management Assistant, on the client portfolio already engaged in ongoing investigations.
- Generation of marketing, promotions, and advertising plans and policies to be used by our national commercialization network.
- Commercial management to access new distribution channels and/or institutional services nationwide.
- Periodic visits to national branches.
- On-site market analysis to evaluate the position of our services and those of the competition, in order to later make decisions focused on addressing specific circumstances.
- Establishment of national and international service budgets and periodic evaluations of compliance.
- Coordination of payments together with the Finance Department.
- Evaluation, in agreement with the Presidency, of credit applications for both national and international clients.
- Monitoring the efficiency levels of investigations with respect to objectives and compliance, ensuring the correct relationship between case and results according to client requirements.
- Coordination with the Marketing and Promotion Assistants regarding the provision of necessary information; ensuring the proper relationship between service, quality, and price.
- Definition of commercial policies.
- Preparation of proposals and quotations for companies and institutions.
- Feasibility analysis for complementary service projects related to our service line.
- Research, approach, and visits to potential institutions or clients of national impact.
- Legal Representative of the Company.
