2.- POSITION DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITY)
2.1. DEFINITION (Reason for the existence of the position, objectives, and expected results).
Responsible for organizing investigations between clients and investigators.
2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS
2.2.1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of relationships with investigators, inspectors, and supervisors exclusively via email.
- Management of information-sharing relationships with clients exclusively via email.
- Provide feedback to the service delivery area regarding the quality and functionality of the services provided.
- Requests to both the technical and investigation departments regarding tools for investigators.
- Control, together with the Investigations Department, of the correct and efficient work of investigators nationwide.
- Training of staff through the sending of documentation.
- Analysis of investigation objectives in order to later make targeted decisions to address specific circumstances.
- Client service through the organization’s emails.
- Support to investigators through the exclusive email: direccion@agentesprivadosmoch.com
- Monitoring of the company website chat from 08h00 to 24h00 Monday to Friday, and 10 hours divided between Saturday and Sunday at their own discretion.
- Promotion of the company’s services explicitly on free websites where plans will be developed and periodic evaluations performed regarding compliance, leaving paid promotions to the Marketing Department.
- Follow-up on the efficiency levels of investigations with respect to objectives and their fulfillment, ensuring the correct relationship between case and results according to client requirements.
- Responsible for receiving requests, photos, and other documents necessary to initiate a case. Coordinate the sending of the case plan, THE CASE, and related photos or documents.
- Responsible for receiving and responding to feedback.
- Reception of investigative reports, photos, videos, and other evidence, organization, review of reports, and forwarding for correction or detail expansion as needed.
- Presentation to the Director of Investigations for approval and subsequently to the Manager for delivery.
