The procedures arise from the need for proper organization within AGENTES PRIVADOS MOCH INC, where it is essential to have a structure that guarantees the management of investigative services, focused on the following key areas:

1. The confidentiality of client information.
2. The legality of the services we provide.
3. The organization of collaborators.
4. The physical integrity of collaborators.
5. The guarantee that every investigation follows the standards of scientific research.

In this context, one of the great strengths of our organization is legality, as Agentes Privados Moch Inc. is established as a legally recognized company.

To guarantee the confidentiality of information, an information management system has been created, where all data is processed by the Directorate of Investigations. From there, only the CEO, President, and the Regional or Zonal Director of Investigations have access to client information.

Thus, the organization of Investigations is under the responsibility of the Directorate of Investigations.

To protect the integrity of collaborators, several protection systems have been established for the different investigators:

• No report delivered to clients or used as a legal document contains the collaborator’s name.
• There is no record of the collaborator’s name in case assignments. Instead, animal names and codes are used (e.g., owl64, rabbit219). These references are for internal use only. They are changed periodically and never repeated.
• If any organization or institution were to investigate who works in our company, their identity would be handled with strict confidentiality. There are no records of dependency, payroll, IESS payments, or salary records, thereby preventing individuals who collaborate with the company from being legally or criminally linked to it.
• The website https://agentesprivadosmoch.com/, from which emails such as direccion@agentesprivadosmoch.com are sent, is protected by two firewalls that prevent hacking of accounts or the website. It also uses the HTTPS protocol, widely known for data encryption. In addition, all information received is deleted within one month and is not stored in any file. This system ensures that emails sent or received leave no record after one month, meaning no material from collaborators or staff remains archived. For this reason, communication is recommended exclusively through this email address.
