What is an academic credit in the detective course?

An academic credit is the unit of measurement of the student’s or associate’s work. It represents 3 hours of student effort, which includes:

  • 2 hours of independent work, and
  • 1 hour of interaction.

The academic credits that the student will accumulate throughout the detective course involve: independent learning (personal study), research assignments, interaction within the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), participation in the blog, essays, and practical exercises connecting with the community; evaluation activities; as well as the completion of assignments.
