The Normative-Educational Distance Model and the Training Provided to Our Students and Strategic Partners
The distance education model and training provided by MOCH Incorporated take into account the institution’s mission, vision, principles, and values, as well as the understanding of individuals—their socioeconomic and work contexts, their cultural circumstances, and the environment in which the student or partner operates. This environment can either facilitate or limit the educational action.
This modality, developed by MOCH Incorporated for over 15 years, supports its management with components that are harmoniously integrated into a normative model based on competencies that guide the entire curriculum design. Here, the student is the central actor in the educational process, which is mediated by a teaching team, materials, didactic resources, and new technologies. This whole system is continuously improved through feedback from evaluation and research, providing the necessary information for the ongoing enhancement of the processes and the quality of the educational service delivered.
The Student and Strategic Partner
In our Distance Learning Modality, the student and strategic partner are the protagonists of their own development as individuals and professionals. Therefore, a competency-based training process has been designed and operationalized through this training.
This modality requires committed individuals who are willing to move from being spectators to becoming active participants, with strong self-confidence, self-discipline, a detective-like attitude, perseverance in effort and investigation, leading step by step to responsible autonomy in learning.
The Investigations Directorate Team
In the regulation by distance norms, it is required not only to have a director of investigations or a designated member but also a team of professionals who collaboratively and multidisciplinary manage the organizational process. This team includes professionals from the Investigations Directorate, specialists in material development, tutors, evaluators, content experts, IT technicians, graphic designers, and more.
