General Objectives of the Course

Specific Objectives

The objectives presented are pertinent and respond to the professional orientation of the course, therefore, the following are established:

• Analyze the functions, responsibilities, techniques, and organization of services specific to a security and crime prevention structure.
• Develop the ability to analyze and synthesize for decision-making and problem-solving.
• Decide, reason, and justify actions within the professional environment according to the ethical code of private detectives.
• Identify and acquire information management skills to appropriately plan interventions in investigations aimed at obtaining more information on a requested inquiry.
• Evaluate the behavioral aspects that influence social behavior and understand the methodologies, techniques, and tools to apply in conflict resolution and transformation.
• Understand the principles of psychology that explain individual and collective behavior, as well as the mechanisms of social influence.
• Develop strategies for the enhancement of social and communication skills.
• Foster attitudes of objectivity, impartiality, and equality in handling information and interacting with individuals in a professional context.

Strategic Lines

1. The Detective Course as a Knowledge-Enriching Academy: For investigators in all countries for the 21st century. One of the most striking characteristics of 21st-century enterprises is the imbalance between science and humanities, paralleling the crisis of values in various societies. Experimental sciences would be hundreds of times more developed if “experiential” sciences, related to the meaning, ends, and purposes of human life, had an authentic development related to the broader search for truth. This truth was the heritage of the first investigators, dating back to the earliest humans who populated the earth, serving as a source and motivation for a continuous learning process for the society to which it owes itself. The lived experience and contribution to society’s spirit and values is the essential element of the company Agentes Privados Moch, now more than ever. For this reason, in addition to being a company that conducts investigations, we also offer training to our staff and partners.

2. Research, Development, and Innovation: The APM company, facing the 21st century, must aim for research that supports local and international development, actively promoting and generating new innovation processes, which allow the transition from ideas from the imaginary field to realization and implementation.
