Who is the Detective Course for?

The Agentes Privados Moch International (APM) has designed this course for individuals in both the civil and public sectors. This course primarily provides a solid foundation for professional training to enter the detective profession, from a deep internal understanding of how to be a detective to true professional expression, with the complete commitment of belonging to the highly recognized world of private intelligence.

Police– Police, victimological, and criminalistics aspects of Group A in Police Administration. – Direct and be part of Scientific Police Cabinets.
Penitentiary Centers / Penitentiary Surveillance– Penitentiary Administration. – Conduct criminological penitentiary reports. – Reports and proposals on reclassification, exit permits, parole, open regimes, and penitentiary benefits. – Processing and reports on complaints, information, and appeals from inmates. – Coordinator-chief of the advisory team of the Surveillance Judge. – Integrate into the Technical Team of the Central Observation Unit.
Victimology– First contact and primary attention to the victim. – Referral and guidance to necessary specialists. – Conduct victimological reports and victimization surveys. – Fieldwork and victimization surveys. – Development of victimological prevention strategies.
Private Security– Private Investigation. – Managers and senior executives of security companies. – Executive roles in security activities. – Security Directors and Chiefs. – Regulated training for security personnel. – Advising and planning activities in the criminological aspect.
Judicial– Handling databases on crimes and criminals. – Creation, control, and monitoring of judicial statistics. – Creation of criminological reports. – Forensic Criminology.
Juvenile Justice– Control of measures, especially supervised release, internments, and community service. – Reports on selection, extension, modification, substitution, execution, or breach of measures. – Reports on the minor’s progress or on precautionary measures. – Collaborate in the technical team’s report at the oral hearing. – Participate in the conciliation or reparation process. – Participate in treatment programs for interned minors. – Detection, evaluation, and action in victimological risk or neglect situations for minors.
Marginality– Studies, surveys, and fieldwork. – Development of prevention strategies.
Criminal Policy– Development of strategies based on the scientific method. – Application of techniques and strategies of Criminal Policy.
Private Information Gathering– Preparation of reports on violations of marital rights (infidelity). – Preparation of reports on a person’s profile for establishing work or business relationships. – Searching for people. – Crime investigation. – Business investigation. – Executing arrest warrants. – Civil investigations.
