The process for issuing the Diploma and Study Certificate follows these steps:

1. Completion of the Private Detective Course by Agentes Privados MOCH

The student must complete all activities of the Private Detective Course on the designated platform. Completion can be achieved by either finishing the last activity of the course or passing a final exam.

The course completion will be indicated by the Course Director, who will inform the student of their completion. After that, the course progress will be reviewed.

If there is no communication from the director about your completion, please write to us at info@privatedetectivecourse.us to coordinate the completion of the course.

2. Course Progress Review

After completion, the entire progress, logins, times, and activities on the platform will be reviewed by an assigned instructor, who will verify the following points:

• Regularity of course activities.
• Presence of actions suggesting fraud, such as suspicious IP addresses, unusual login times, and suspicious activity patterns.
• Comparison with other students in relation to IP access to the platform, unusual IP addresses, similar activities, and other signs of cheating.

Any irregularities will be communicated to the student within 5 to 10 business days. If there are no issues, the student will be notified as having PASSED the Detective Course.

3. Diploma Preparation

To prepare the diploma, the following is required:

• Full name of the student.
• A photo of their face (passport-style), including their shoulders, with a solid color background, preferably white. It is recommended that the detective dress formally in the photo.

The diploma preparation process takes 7 business days, including the issuance of the Detective Identification Number, which is considered a key element of detective identification and is necessary for creating the Private Detective credential.

4. Delivery

The diploma file is in PNG format, with dimensions of 4969 px wide by 3507 px high, and a color depth of 32 bits (TRUE COLOR), standardized A3 format DIN A3 (DIN 476 standard) according to international diploma and certificate norms.

The diploma is sent to the student’s email as a compressed file in RAR or ZIP format. After receiving it, the file must be decompressed to view it.

After that, if the student wishes, it can be printed at any printing service, as its technical characteristics allow for high-resolution and full-color printing.
