Zero tolerance policy for deception
At AGENTES PRIVADOS MOCH we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward deceit. All labor or commercial interactions must be carried out with absolute honesty and transparency. Any act that goes against this policy will be considered a threat to our organization. For this reason, we remind you that it is the duty of all Collaborators, Associates, and Moch Licensees to comply with our Code of Ethics as expressed in our book and with professional ethics. In addition, within this relationship, it is the duty of all members to adhere to our Zero Tolerance to Deceit Policy, which consists of the following:
1.- Commitment to the Truth: It is not only our slogan (“Our commitment is with the truth”) but also the firm obligation of all our Collaborators, Associates, and Moch Licensees to pursue, protect, and reveal the truth in every investigation and activity conducted. Deceit, in any form, is contrary to the fundamental values our company defends and upholds.
2.- Honesty, Support, and Professionalism: Honesty must be the foundation of every professional action. All members are expected to act with integrity and professionalism, supporting the work of the organization and defending the honor and prestige of AGENTES PRIVADOS MOCH at all levels.
3.- Responsibility to Report: All Collaborators, Associates, and Moch Licensees are obliged to immediately report any indication of deceit, fraud, or unethical behavior within the organization.
4.- Protection of Trust: The respect for the trust placed in our company is paramount. Any act that violates this trust—such as sabotage, leaking confidential information, or damaging the honor of any member of the organization—will be considered deceit against the trust granted. Anyone who violates this trust will be subject to immediate and decisive disciplinary measures.
5.- Defense of Professional Ethics: Ethical values are non-negotiable. Every Collaborator, Associate, and Moch Licensee must actively safeguard professional ethics and serve as an example in their daily performance, reflecting seriousness and commitment in their work.
6.- Speed and Efficiency: In situations of uncertainty or injustice, each member of AGENTES PRIVADOS MOCH must act quickly and effectively to restore the truth and actively combat deceit, whether direct or indirect. This is a top priority within our organization to protect the peace of mind and well-being of both our organization and our clients.
7.- Absolute Discretion: Information obtained during investigations must be handled with total discretion and confidentiality, used exclusively for its assigned purpose. Any leakage, misuse, or irregular handling of such information will constitute a violation of this policy.
8.- Walking on the Razor’s Edge: All Collaborators, Associates, and Moch Licensees must be aware of the responsibility entrusted to them. This profession means walking on the razor’s edge, where danger and uncertainty are present in every step. Our organization works diligently to safeguard this path, and in return, we expect respect and prudence in conduct. On this dangerous razor’s edge, mistakes are not permitted, and when they occur, they leave marks that are often impossible to repair.
9.- Rejection of Justifications for Deceit: No excuses or justifications will be accepted for dishonest or unethical acts. Each member must fully assume the consequences of their actions and their path in this profession. Any detected deceit will not be open to excuses or rebuttals from the perpetrator but will instead trigger decisive action from the entire organization, at every level.
