Agentes Privados Moch Inc is a legally established company in the United States. Its organization is international and essentially responds to the requirements of an international legal corporation, which are:

The CEO, elected by the Company’s Board of Directors.

The President, elected by the General Assembly of Partners.

The Vice President, elected by the General Assembly of Partners.

The Secretary, elected by the General Assembly of Partners.

The Members, elected by the General Assembly of Partners.

The Board of Directors, composed of the President, Vice President, Manager, 2 Members, and the Secretary.

The General Assembly of Partners, composed of all the company’s partners who participate with a shareholding package.

All functions of these Authorities are fully defined in the Articles of Incorporation.
