AGENTES PRIVADOS MOCH INC has the Directorate of Investigations, which is the department responsible for organizing cases and collaborators.

Process Control

Emphatically, we can state that the Directorate of Investigations is responsible for directing the investigative process through the execution of 10 processes such as:

  • 1.- Establishing goals. The first step, therefore, lies in determining the desired outcome.
  • 2.- Determining the understanding of goals. This may involve a simple explanation via email or a series of messages, combined with a presentation of the specific case through the CASE and PLANNING document.
  • 3.- Justifying the effort and required response. Once the goal has been understood, its fulfillment requires the interest and effort of the investigative team.
  • 4.- Mapping the path to achieve the goal. Identifying and understanding the goals constitutes the foundation for their achievement. A reasonable idea must be provided regarding how to act in each case under investigation to fulfill the assigned functions. A roadmap must be drawn up, offering all the necessary guidelines and information to progress, reducing uncertainties, delays, and distractions. This is expressed in the CASE and PLANNING document.
  • 5.- Putting resources into action. Many battles have been lost, many objectives left unresolved, and opportunities missed due to inertia. The person in charge must set resources in motion in the right direction, which is done through the INITIAL SURVEY DELIVERY (ISD), a report with photos delivered within 24 hours of initiating the case.
  • 6.- Staying oriented toward the goal. Energy without direction can hardly achieve the intended purpose; therefore, when an obstacle arises, it must be reported through any of the channels available to develop a FEEDBACK report on the case, indicating the main issues encountered so that we can provide new case information.
  • 7.- Providing enthusiasm. The best way to obtain enthusiastic results is to be enthusiastic oneself. The best response consists of making the necessary efforts to find appropriate answers.
  • 8.- Evaluating and improving. The responsibility of the Directorate consists of carrying out a proper evaluation and determining the adjustments that must be made to the development of the investigation.
  • 9.- Recognizing progress. Frequently, the most effective way to accelerate what is being done lies in recognizing collaborators, thereby encouraging greater effort.
  • 10.- Appropriate reward for achieving the proposed objective. Fulfilling one’s duty requires no applause, except that of one’s own conscience. The reward comes after mastering the craft, since money is the result of what you know and do. For the Directorate, the goal is to provide all the tools necessary to help meet the objectives in each investigation.
