  • Management of relations with the Investigation Directorate exclusively through the email direccion@agentesprivadosmoch.com
  • Receipt of cases by email, which implies a constant review of the investigator’s email account.
  • After receiving the case, send an immediate response confirming that the investigation will be carried out according to specifications; otherwise, it will be understood that you do not wish to take the case.
  • Review of the documents sent in this order:
  • Review of the document labeled CASE
  • Review of the document labeled PLANNING
  • Review of supplementary documents such as photos, scanned documents, or other additional information
  • Submission of the Initial Survey (ESI) within the next 24 hours after accepting the case, otherwise it will be understood that the investigation is not being carried out. The Directorate of Investigations will then reserve the right to reassign this case to another investigator.

  • Organize personally how the cases will be distributed throughout the week and day.
  • Conduct the investigation of the person or subject within the timeframe determined in the planning, remembering to take notes of what is observed, said, or found, and additionally collect evidence through photographs or videos of the event.
