Suspension of the Private Detective Credential
The suspension of the credential occurs under the following circumstances:
- Failure to provide verification of the detective’s identity data required for the issuance or renewal of the credential.
- Issues related to the determination of the place of residence.
- Change in criminal background status.
- Involvement in a legal process related to illegal activities.
- Complaints from individuals regarding professional misconduct.
- Violation of the detective’s code of ethics.
Such suspension means that the detective’s identification will be removed from the website, and consequently, access via QR code scanning or credential number will be BLOCKED.
In parallel, the identification number will appear on the Suspended Credentials list.
In this section, the causes of suspension will NOT be explained, nor will the names, surnames, or photos of the detective to whom a suspended credential corresponds be displayed.
