Special Detective Credential

Agentes Privados MOCH recognizes the work of established professional detectives, detective agencies, detective academies, detective organizations, public detectives, police detectives, detectives from public security forces, and detectives from international organizations, as well as individuals working in the field of private investigation who may use a title similar to detective such as private investigator, spy, undercover agent, operative, systems engineer, cyber investigator, hacker, or any other related designation.

For such recognition, Agentes Privados MOCH will request the corresponding documentation to validate both transversal and specific competencies. Additionally, we will review our records of related organizations to verify whether there is an existing credential agreement in order to expedite the process. For this purpose, the following steps will be followed:

1. Creation of the Detective Identification Number.

An essential requirement for the credential is the Detective Identification Number, which is issued during the preparation of the Private Detective Diploma (Review the requirements for obtaining the diploma). For the case of the special credential, the following considerations apply:

If an agreement exists, the applicant is offered the following alternatives:

• FIRST ALTERNATIVE: Creation of the credential number for a one-time fee of 50 dollars.
• SECOND ALTERNATIVE: Enroll in our detective course with a 30% discount at the time of application. If the course is taken, the credential will be issued immediately before completion of the course; however, for renewal, the detective must complete the course. If no agreement exists, the applicant is offered a single alternative:

• ONLY ALTERNATIVE: Enroll in our detective course with a 10% discount at the time of application. The credential will only be issued upon completion of the course.

2. Required Documentation

To issue the credential, it is necessary to comply with the Required Documentation outlined in the section Requirements for the Issuance of the Credential, which includes:

• Photo of both sides of your national identity document or a photo of your passport.
• Full first and last names of the applicant.
• Identification number from your country.
• Personal details such as: Gender, Eye color, Height (in centimeters), and Date of birth.
• Residential address including house/apartment number, City, and Country.
• A digital photo of your face (passport-style), including shoulders, with a solid color background (white recommended). It is advisable that the detective be formally dressed in the photo.
• A utility bill from the last 3 months (electricity, water, telephone, or internet) under your name. If unavailable, a family member’s utility bill may be submitted (the family relationship must be demonstrated).
• A digital exit permit from the country or a digital certificate of no criminal record. The document must be updated within the last 3 months.
• A frontal photo showing the detective’s face alongside the passport or national identity document.
• Signed Disclaimer of Liability regarding misuse or scanning, with the national identity document attached below the signature.
• Submission of the detective’s geolocation twice at randomized times. The detective will be required to send their location on two occasions to verify the authenticity of the home address. The process will not proceed until verification is completed. If there is doubt, falsification, or suspicion of tampering with the location, one or more live video transmissions may be requested for verification.

All these requirements are intended to ensure that the credential information is verified, as it constitutes a digital identification document. At our company, our mission is to provide society with a confirmed and secure Digital Identification.

This credential issuance process may take between 7 to 30 business days.

After this, the Private Detective Credential will be delivered.
