The organizational structure of the PSD Professional Formation Program is based on the general educational guidelines established by Moch Incorporated for competency-based investigative education through academic credit systems.

In response to the growing demands placed upon professional education in the field of private investigation, Moch Incorporated has developed a professional formation system supported by modern educational technologies and structured around professional competencies, operational training, and academic progression.

The program is designed to develop both: transversal competencies, and specialized investigative competencies, through a progressive academic and operational structure intended to prepare students for increasingly competitive professional environments.

Training Path Selection

Before beginning the program, the student selects the training pathway that best matches their objectives, availability, experience, and desired depth of formation.

🟢 Express Route

Fast-track certification focused on the rapid validation of essential knowledge. Includes: Fundamental content Optimized assessments Core evaluations within each module This pathway does not include deep operational or practical training.

🔵 Complete Route

Professional formation designed to develop real investigative competencies. Includes: Full content development Practical exercises Applied investigative activities in realistic contexts This pathway combines theoretical formation with structured practical application.

🔴 Advanced Route

Advanced and in-depth professional formation.

This pathway allows the student to progress through specialized competencies according to their operational interests, availability, and experience level.

Includes:

  • Select advanced exercises
  • Advanced studies and deepening activities
  • Critical and non-critical operational routines
  • Intensive professional development

The Advanced Path represents the highest level of formation within the PSD system.

Access to Activities

The selected pathway determines which activities, evaluations, operational laboratories, and training requirements are visible and accessible within the Program.

Throughout the program, all activities display colored indicators: 🟢 🔵 🔴

These colors represent the training pathways authorized to access each activity.

Pathway Visibility System

🟢 Express Path Accesses only essential foundational content.

🔵 Complete Path Accesses: 🟢 + 🔵

🔴 Advanced Path Accesses: 🟢 + 🔵 + 🔴

🔵 Integrated Activities

These activities are primarily used for:

  • Applied assignments
  • Practical exercises
  • Core reviews
  • Professional integration activities

These resources are not visible to students enrolled in the 🟢 Express Path.

🔴 Advanced Activities

These activities are exclusive to the 🔴 Advanced Path.

They are used for:

  • Laboratory work
  • Advanced operational exercises
  • Professional conditioning routines
  • Specialized high-level resources

These resources are not visible to students enrolled in either the 🟢 Express Path or the 🔵 Complete Path.

Structure of the Program

The program is organized into 10 Development Modules, each containing structured educational components designed to progressively develop the student’s investigative capabilities.

The system includes:

  • Operational glossaries
  • Structured books
  • Conceptual pages
  • Conditioning routines
  • Practical exercises
  • Professional assignments
  • Reviews
  • Tests
  • Validations
  • Operational laboratories

The PSD system is not a simple collection of content.

It is a professional formation structure designed to develop:

  • technical knowledge,
  • investigative judgment,
  • operational discipline,
  • analytical thinking,
  • and professional responsibility.

Fundamental Principle of the PSD System

Progress within this program is not determined by speed or quantity of completed activities.

The PSD system is built upon a central principle:

Progress is achieved through understanding and formation.

Students do not advance by time spent in the program.

They advance only through demonstrated comprehension, operational development, and professional readiness.

Educational Components of the PSD System

{BOOK} — Structural Formation of Knowledge

The {BOOK} element represents the primary foundation of learning.

It develops:

  • theoretical foundations,
  • methodological principles,
  • practical applications.

The {BOOK} forms the mental structure of the investigator.

{PAGE} — Conceptual Precision

The {PAGE} element reinforces:

  • specific concepts,
  • targeted ideas,
  • complementary knowledge.

The {PAGE} refines the student’s thinking process.

{MEDIA} — Contextual Support

Includes:

  • videos,
  • audio resources.

These resources provide additional context but do not directly determine academic progression.

{ROUTINE} — Professional Habit Conditioning

The {ROUTINE} element develops:

  • observation,
  • mental control,
  • professional conduct,
  • operational discipline.

The {ROUTINE} transforms knowledge into behavior.

{EXERCISE} — Practical Application

The {EXERCISE} element allows the student to execute learned concepts through:

  • analysis,
  • operational development,
  • strategy construction,
  • investigative application.

The {EXERCISE} transforms the student into an operator.

{TASK} — Professional Integration

The {TASK} element represents the highest level of application.

It requires the student to:

  • integrate knowledge,
  • apply professional judgment,
  • resolve real or simulated investigative situations.

The {TASK} demonstrates whether the student can function as a professional investigator.

{REVIEW} — Development of Professional Judgment

The {REVIEW} element focuses on:

  • interpretation,
  • analytical evaluation,
  • critical judgment,
  • decision-making development.

This is where professional judgment begins to emerge.

{TEST} — Knowledge Verification

The {TEST} element verifies comprehension of:

  • {BOOK}
  • {PAGE}

A minimum passing score of 70% is required.

The purpose of the {TEST} is to verify understanding, not memorization.

VALIDATION — System Progression Control

The VALIDATION element is one of the most strategic components of the PSD system.

It does not evaluate isolated content.

It evaluates whether the student is prepared to continue progressing within the formation process.

Each validation requires different completion conditions depending on the selected training pathway.

Conditions for Passing Validation

The student must:

Complete:

  • {BOOK}
  • {PAGE}

Pass:

  • {TEST} (≥ 70%)
  • {EXERCISE} (≥ 7/10)
  • {TASK} {REVIEW} (≥ 7/10)

Perform:

{ROUTINES}

Validation Results

✔️If Approved

  • The next module is unlocked
  • The corresponding medal becomes available
  • Advanced content access is enabled

❌ If Not Approved

System progression is blocked

Corrections or repetition may be required

Instructor intervention may occur

Validation represents the moment in which the system determines whether the student is professionally prepared to continue.

Structure of the Formation Process

Each module is organized into progressive developmental blocks:

  • Foundation
  • Validation
  • Application
  • Internal Conditioning
  • Initial Training
  • Advanced Training
  • Professional Identity
  • Consolidation
  • Laboratory

Each block fulfills a specific function within the professional development of the PSD Investigator.

Pedagogical Logic of the PSD System

The system operates through four fundamental functions:

  • Teach → {BOOK}, {PAGE}
  • Train → {ROUTINE}, {EXERCISE}
  • Evaluate → {TEST}, {REVIEW}, {TASK}
  • Control → {VALIDATION}

Final Principle of the System

This program was not designed for rapid progression.

It was designed for correct professional formation.

Every element serves a purpose.

Every phase fulfills a function.

Every advancement must be earned.
