Manuel Hidalgo Morocho is a commercial engineer from the Pontifical University of Ecuador and a detective from Argentina’s First School of Detectives. He also holds a diploma in Detective Work and Investigative Expertise from the University of Guayaquil and the Center for Legal Solutions in Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration. He has a certification in the field of education issued by the International University of Ecuador as a Trainer of Trainers.

Dr. Paulo Morocho holds a Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Cuenca and a Law Degree from the UTPL University, which are the most internationally recognized universities in Latin America. He also holds master’s degrees from Mexico and Spain. He also holds a diploma as a Detective and Investigation Expert issued by the University of Guayaquil and the Center for Legal Solutions in Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration. He has a certification in the field of education issued by the International University of Ecuador as a Trainer of Trainers.
