2.1. DEFINITION (Reason for the existence of the position, objectives, and expected results).
Responsible for ensuring that investigators are performing their work according to the hours and days outlined in the received planning.
2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS
2.2.1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with the Director of Investigations personally, by phone, or in writing.
- Receive written work reports from the investigators, which should be sent by regular mail to the city where the Director of Investigations resides (to his office or home as per his instructions), including the supervisor’s signature.
- Receive a copy of the planning of the respective investigators and organize his own planning to verify the presence of the investigators at the respective locations.
- The supervisor will be provided with photos and vehicles used by the investigators to ensure proper control.
- Send a weekly report to the Director of Investigations in a sealed envelope, written and signed by the supervisor.
- The report will be sent directly to the Director, to his home or office as he specifies with the supervisor.
- The supervisor is not authorized to intervene in an investigation under any circumstances.
- The supervisor must not engage in any form of interaction, even greetings or gestures, with the investigators.
- The presence at the sites of the different investigations should not be perceived by the investigators.
- If an investigator becomes aware of his presence, immediately report to the Director of Investigations so that another person can fulfill the supervision objective.
