The appointment to this position is made through a resolution of the Company’s Directorate by election from all members according to the statute.
Its term of operation is four years and may be re-elected for the next two terms.

2.1. DEFINITION (Reason for the existence of the position, objectives, and expected results).
Responsible for conducting investigations and providing services to meet client needs, always in close coordination with the company’s investigators to consolidate and expand service delivery. Coordinate logistics and prepare the necessary documents to deliver case results, addressing client needs promptly and effectively to maintain and enhance service trust and quality.
2.2 AREAS OF RESULTS
2.2.1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage relationships with investigators, inspectors, and supervisors.
- Manage information provision relationships with clients.
- Provide feedback to the service delivery area regarding the quality and functionality of the services provided.
- Request new trends and products from both technical and investigation departments for conducting investigations.
- Control, jointly with the Investigations Department, the correct and efficient work of investigators nationwide.
- Set hours for the development of an investigation, taking into account the capabilities and potential of the investigator versus a fair execution time for a case.
- Monitor, with the support of the Assistant to the Director, the existing portfolio of investigations being carried out in the country.
- Monitor, with the support of the Assistant Manager, the client portfolio currently under investigation.
- Develop plans and policies for investigation development.

- Make periodic visits to the various locations where investigations are being conducted.
- Conduct market analysis, onsite, to evaluate the position of our services and those of the competition, to later make decisions focused on addressing specific circumstances.
- Establish plans and conduct periodic evaluations of their fulfillment.
- Monitor the efficiency levels of investigations concerning objectives and their fulfillment, ensuring a correct relationship between the case and results according to the client’s request.
- Legal responsibility of the Investigations Department.
- Organize and coordinate with inspectors when conducting an investigation.
- Receive work reports from investigators through supervisors.
- Review reports and evidence for all cases under investigation nationwide.
- Deliver a report with evidence of case completion, reviewed, corrected, and approved to the Company Manager or President as directed.
Functions and Tasks of the Directors of the Investigations Directorate
The coordinator or director is the person who acts as a liaison between investigators, strategic partners, and the central headquarters and performs the following functions and tasks:
Function 1: Plan the activities of the Investigations Directorate:
Tasks:
1.1. Promote and disseminate the services offered by our Company.
1.2. Develop and follow the investigation planning.
1.3. Organize the receipt of investigative cases.
1.4. Plan and coordinate with each investigator or strategic partner the action plan for their Directorate for each period, with support, management, and control from the central headquarters to ensure compliance through the cycle.
1.5. Coordinate self-management activities with the Directorate’s investigators in association with company approval.
1.6. Present the monthly report of the investigative fund’s justification to the DIGI, who will issue its approval.
1.7. Foster cooperation and solidarity among the Directorate’s investigators and strategic partners.
1.8. Expand social and cultural outreach, ensuring that investigative action increasingly integrates into the community.
1.9. Ensure effectiveness, extending from the academic level to other areas such as administration, finance, investigation, and community work.
1.10. Elevate service levels, allowing our institution to grow in all areas.
1.11. Respond to environmental needs.
Function 2: Organize and coordinate the supervision of investigations and academic advisory services.
Tasks:
2.1. Suggest names of professionals for strategic partner and investigator roles.
2.2. Inform DIGI about the fulfillment of tasks performed by the investigator or strategic partner.
2.3. Coordinate the supervision of investigations under the Directorate’s jurisdiction.
Function 3: Execute and manage the action plan and tasks arising from the function.
Tasks:
3.1. Submit investigator or strategic partner communications to DIGI in a timely manner.
3.2. Coordinate advisory actions in the academic and administrative processes of the training system.
3.3. Maintain statistics on the Directorate’s partners and investigators.
3.4. Distribute self-study materials.
3.5. Process specific requests.
3.6. Process requests for international travel.
3.7. Handle credential and diploma requests at the headquarters.
3.8. Inform in a timely manner about resolutions and general or specific instructions for each investigator and strategic partner.
In the event of non-compliance with these obligations, case reception will be suspended until compliance is achieved.
Generally, no channel will be opened as long as the Directorate owes the company funds.

Function 4: Evaluate the action plan of Investigators and Strategic Partners.
Tasks:
4.1. Control the activities proposed in the Directorate of Investigations’ action plan.
4.2. Evaluate the Directorate of Investigations’ plan every two months.
4.3. Evaluate the activities of the Directorate members.
Function 5: Encourage participation of former students of the Open Mode courses to strengthen the Directorate of Investigations’ self-management work.
Tasks:
5.1. Plan update courses specifically designed for alumni to update their professional scientific knowledge.
5.2. Develop self-management actions to facilitate a greater and more efficient educational effort by alumni in the community.
5.3. Jointly program actions with the alumni association to ensure the self-managed development of the Investigations Directorate.
