2. JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITY)
2.1 DEFINITION (Reason for the position’s existence, objectives, and expected outcomes)
Responsible for the national and international commercialization of all the articles and services produced by the company, ensuring that this activity meets customer needs. The role requires ongoing coordination with other departments to consolidate and expand service offerings.
2.2 KEY RESULT AREAS
2.2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing commercial relationships with customers at the national and international levels.
Managing commercial relationships with national and international distributors.
Providing feedback to the service delivery area on the quality and functionality of services provided.
Coordinating with the technical and investigative departments on new trends and similar product designs offered by competitors.
Monitoring the efficient work of investigators nationwide, in conjunction with the Department of Investigations.
Setting prices for customers, considering their capacity and potential against a fair profit margin for the company.
Following up, with support from the Assistant Director, on the portfolio of ongoing investigations in the country.
Following up, with support from the Assistant Manager, on the portfolio of customers currently engaged in an investigation.
Developing marketing, promotion, and advertising plans and policies for our national distribution network.
Commercial management to access new distribution channels and/or institutional services at the national level.
Conducting periodic visits to branches nationwide.
Conducting market analysis to evaluate our services’ position and that of the competition, to make informed decisions.
Establishing service budgets at the national and international levels and conducting periodic evaluations of their compliance.
Coordinating payments with the Financial Department.
Evaluating, in agreement with the Presidency, the application of credit to both national and international customers.
Monitoring the efficiency of investigations concerning objectives and outcomes, ensuring proper alignment between the case and the client’s request.
Coordinating with the Marketing and Promotion Assistants to ensure the correct relationship between service, quality, and price.
Defining commercial policies.
Preparing proposals and quotations for companies and institutions.
Conducting feasibility analyses for projects complementary to our service line.
Investigating, approaching, and visiting potential national-level institutions or clients.
Acting as the company’s legal representative.
