There must be a reasonable idea of how to act in each case to fulfill the duties. A map should be drawn up that provides all the necessary guides and information to progress, reducing uncertainties, delays, and distractions, as expressed in the CASE and PLANNING documents.
  • **Putting resources into action**: Many battles have been lost, many objectives left unresolved, and opportunities missed due to inertia. The leader must put resources in motion in the right direction, which is done through the **DELIVERY OF THE INITIAL SURVEY (ESI)**, a report with photos delivered within 24 hours of starting the case.
  • **Staying oriented toward the goal**: Energy without direction is unlikely to achieve the intended outcome. Therefore, when an issue arises, we expect it to be communicated through any of the channels to develop a **FEEDBACK (B)** on the case, indicating the main problems encountered so that we can provide new information on the case.

 

  • **Providing enthusiasm**: The best way to achieve enthusiastic results is to be enthusiastic yourself. The best response is to make the necessary efforts to find the appropriate answers.
  • **Evaluating and improving**: The responsibility of the leadership is to conduct a proper evaluation and determine the adjustments needed for the investigation’s progress.
  • **Recognizing progress**: Often, the most effective way to accelerate what is being done is to recognize your collaborators, thus encouraging greater effort.
  • **Providing appropriate rewards for achieving the proposed objective**: Fulfilling your duty does not deserve applause, but the applause of your own conscience. The reward comes after you have mastered your trade because money is the result of what you know how to do, and the Directorate’s concern is to provide you with all the tools to achieve your goals in each investigation.

The Directorate of Investigations is composed of:

  • A Director of Investigations
  • A General Secretary
  • An Assistant to the Director of Investigations
  • An Activities Supervisor

The Directorate of Investigations is responsible for:

  • Implementing the programs established by the company.
  • Controlling the development of investigations.
  • Maintaining the communication network with investigators and clients.
  • Sending cases to be investigated to the investigators.
  • Receiving and reviewing reports, photos, videos, and recordings generated from an investigation.
  • Analyzing the impact of requests and the reports to be delivered.
  • Organizing meetings between clients and investigators who receive information from the clients.
  • Training and assisting in the development of investigations for investigators.
  • Coordinating technical materials, methodology, and case work plans.
  • Organizing the entry requests in the Company’s Communication System, which involves keeping a file of cases where they are assigned a code name in a folder, a copy in the Directorate’s archives, and the original is sent to the President and Manager with a copy. After 6 months, all files in the Directorate of Investigations will be deleted.
  • Designing an effective communication system between the Directorate and the investigators.
  • Organizing the receipt of a case, attaching photos, files, and other information from an accepted investigation.
